The Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea), Seshen in ancient Egypt, held significant cultural and religious importance. The fragrant blue lotus flower was considered sacred due to its association with the creation myth, where it represented the giant lotus that emerged from the primordial waters. It was believed to be the birthplace and home of the sun god Ra, as it closed up at night and bloomed again in the morning, just as the sun disappears and returns each day.

The blue lotus was often depicted in ancient Egyptian art, with scenes showing people sniffing its blossoms, serving liquid perfume infused with its fragrance to guests, or wearing fillets containing its fragrant flowers around their necks.

The sacred Blue Lotus is highly prized for its floral, complex, and intoxicating fragrance, with a touch of spice. This sacred flower has a long history of use for its euphoric, hypnotic, and therapeutic effects. It is renowned for its ability to activate the crown chakra during meditation, induce lucid dreaming, and even serve as a natural powerful aphrodisiac.

On the skin, it is equally divine.  The oil contains a high level of squalane, which deeply moisturizes and hydrates, resulting in a radiant complexion. Just a drop or two can transform your favorite serum or moisturizer to give you a dewy, glowing look.  It is also rich in anti-oxidants and has anti-inflammatory and skin brightening effects

Packaged in a 5ml lightproof UV Miron Glass bottle, the airtight design ensures maximum longevity of the oil by blocking all visible light rays. This specially formulated glass also allows in nourishing ultraviolet and infrared wavelengths while protecting against visible light that can accelerate decay of the product.

Blow your Mind.  Blue Lotus oil is connected to the 7th or crown chakra and the Great Pyramid of Giza. Studies have shown that blue lotus extract can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and boost cognitive function. The plant’s sedative effects make it an effective natural treatment for insomnia and other sleep disorders.

Blue lotus is one of the rare flowers to have both stimulating and soothing effects.
