Nymphaea lotus, the white Egyptian lotus, tiger lotus, white lotus, or Egyptian water-lily, is a flowering plant of the family Nymphaeaceae. In conjunction with the Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea), Seshen in ancient Egypt, it held significant cultural and religious importance. Aside from being cultivated for psychoactive properties, the plant is often grown as a ornamental piece, favored for its flowers that feature brilliant white petals and a bright yellow center.
White Lotus was also frequently depicted within Egyptian art in the form of stone carvings and paintings. Due to its psychoactive effects many of these images often depicted scenes of parties, dancing, and ritual. It was associated with the god of creation, Atum, and was also believed to have medicinal properties while its petals were used in perfume-making.
The White Lotus is a more feminie aspect of the Lotus flower white the Blue Lotus is considered more neutral. It is sweet, complex, and utterly intoxicating to smell.

• Apply to pulse points: Gently massage the diluted oil onto your wrists, temples, behind the ears, or the base of the neck to allow for the aroma to be easily inhaled.
• Add to skincare products: Enhance the skin benefits of your usual moisturizer, facial serum, or body lotion with just 2-3 drops of our organic Egyptian Blue Lotus Oil for added moisture and glow.
• Hair and Scalp care: You can add 2-3 drops of the essential oil to scalp and hair to lock in moisture and sooth a dry scalp
• Use in a massage: Blend the diluted essential oil with a carrier oil and use during a relaxing massage. This can promote feelings of calm and well-being.
2- Aromatherapy:
• Diffuser: Add 3-5 drops of the essential oil to an essential oil diffuser and allow the aroma to fill the room. This can create a soothing and relaxing atmosphere.
